A "Rose" Painting

The first of a series of rose paintings, I want to learn about petals now, what a difference from fur!

This one was from a birthday card, but the next are from very well done photographs.
A whole new experience!

    Petals or fur..they would both be beyond me! I think you are doing great.
    Are you freezing there? Rain here, low 40's but it seeps into these old bones just the same.
